Made a two-front wartime mission legible and fundable to people who will never see the front line.
The problem
Sweetanok raises money in the United States to do two hard things in Ukraine at once: get critical supplies to the people who need them, and rebuild what the war destroyed. To an American donor or corporate partner, both are abstract and far away. The organization needed a brand, a website, and a fundraising narrative that made “your gift becomes supplies on the ground” and “your gift becomes a rebuilt school” feel concrete, urgent, and credible enough to write a check against.
What I did
As CMO I set the brand and built the fundraising story. I designed the identity, the website, and a presentation that walks a partner from the problem to the two-track solution (Supply and Rebuild) to specific, fundable outcomes, anchored on the flagship project: the rebuild of Mykolaiv School No. 48 as a modern, green campus with the largest shelter in the city. The website carries that story between meetings, so a partner who saw the deck could send it to a colleague and have it land the same way. One visual system, the sunrise mark and the blue-and-yellow language, runs across the site, the deck, the social feed, and campaign graphics like Rebuild Ukraine, so every touchpoint reads as one trustworthy organization instead of a volunteer side project.
Selected work
The brand identity and system. The website. The fundraising presentation. The Rebuild Ukraine campaign graphic with the School No. 48 render. The social system that keeps Supply and Rebuild visually distinct but clearly one organization.
